This is the hardest part of trying something new…having the courage to start it. We are confident that if you have come this far on the website, you are ready for a change! You do NOT need to lose 10 pounds or learn everything about Olympic lifting before you come in here…that’s what we are here for! We welcome all fitness levels ranging from college athletes to grandmothers. No matter who you are or where your fitness is currently, we have something for you!

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Oconee!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Oconee is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our 'Fundamentals' introductory course.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the 'Fundamentals' Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your 'Fundamentals' Course.
