It's a place where your peers cheer you on and hold you accountable. A place where our coaches will push you outside of  your comfort zone but will keep you safe at the same time. CrossFit Oconee is a place where you will be pushed, you will work hard, you will do things that you didn't think you could, you will crush your fitness goals, you will sweat, you will be tired and YOU WILL LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT!!

No matter your goal whether it be weight loss, building or toning muscle, becoming healthier to get off of medications or to just be more fit CrossFit Oconee can get you there.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is that your workout is always different and focuses on an entire body strength and conditioning program. Just as important we also focus on flexibility to keep your joints safe, happy, and healthy. 

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness comes from the same regimen.
